Who I Am – and Where I work from

Being the entryway.
Designing Change. Shaping Future.

I don’t draw paths.
I help you see the place where yours begins.

I’m Dr. Lucia Giammarinaro.
Psychologist. Life Design specialist. Threshold dweller.
Since 2007, I’ve been helping people and organisations navigate change —
with dignity, complexity, and care.

I don’t teach what to become.
I don’t help you find a job.
I don’t offer answers.
I stay in the place where the future first begins to show itself —
the point before the view opens.
The ridge, the curve, the edge, the crack in the map.

My Bifocal CV

I’ve written a CV with two voices: one tells what happened, the other what failed.

I work from thresholds.

Between certainty and possibility, science and poetry, structure and intuition.
My method brings together career development, narrative psychology, and design thinking,
always grounded in dignity and complexity.

I don’t offer a formula. I offer a space.
A space to name the invisible. To pause. To choose. To begin.

The four Lucias

All four dwell at thresholds. None lead.
They stay — until you’re ready to see.

Lucia the Scholar:
the one who deciphers systems. She sees the map from the top.

Lucia the Psychologist:
the one who sparks change from within. She walks the curve with you.

Lucia the Consultant:
the one who breaks spells with irony. She reveals the truth behind the mask.

Lucia the Spiritual:
the one who weaves gravity and meaning. She speaks from the silence.

I bring solid methods — but I adapt them to each story.
I bring questions that create space, not pressure.
I bring a future that isn’t sold in catalogues.
It’s the kind of future you find by looking closely, into the cracks.

If you stay with me at the threshold, something opens.
Sometimes it’s a language.
Sometimes a decision.
Sometimes just the freedom not to decide yet.

Let’s work from the threshold.
From that quiet place —
where change begins to name itself.
